bibtex2html software package provides filters BibTeX files and translates them to HTML, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install bibtex2html
bibtex2html is installed in your system.
Make ensure the bibtex2html package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep bibtex2html *
You will get with bibtex2html package name, version, architecture and description in a table
